Tennessee WR Randy Moss heads into Week 12 with a disastrous situation at quarterback and a wonderful matchup in Houston. What gives? With Rusty Smith primed to make his first NFL start, can he overcome his own issues as a young, learning QB to be able to take advantage of the team allowing the most Fantasy points per game to opposing wideouts? Moss has just one catch since joining the Titans and went without one last week against the Redskins. He was a decent decoy for Nate Washington, however. Decoy or not, Moss has made two grabs in his last three games for a total of 34 yards and that is not going to get it done for Fantasy owners.
