    What puts Cutler or Flacco above Bradford?

    • Bradford’s experience is troublesome but he has to be ranked above Cutler because of Cutler’s lack of weapons. Flacco is an experienced QB who has a very good OL and 2 good WRs in Boldin and Evans.
