Redskins RB Ryan Torain left the team’s Week 8 game at Detroit with a strained hamstring. He played the entire first half but wasn’t spotted early in the second half anywhere but on the sidelines without his helmet. Torain had just 10 yards rushing on nine carries but added 19 yards on three catches including a six-yard touchdown catch. Keiland Williams replaced Torain. Source: cbssports.com

    good quality post thanks

  2. Rob says:

Is Keiland Williams worth a pickup in a 10-team standard league? How serious does Torain’s hamstring injury appear to be? Any estimated time he will miss?

    • Rob says:

The Redskins have a brutal schedule against good rush defenses. What is Portis’ status, would he be available for week 10?

    • FFR Squad says:

It’s going to be hard to say how serious Torain’s hamstring is because they have a bye next week, and most likely won’t say much about it. If you are weak at RB in you league Williams might be worth a pickup. We don’t expect to see Portis playing until week 11, but there is a chance he suits up for week 10. We don’t expect to see Torain back in week 10. If you need a back for week 10 Williams is worth a shot.
