Mother nature works in mysterious ways.  First, it was the New York Giants getting stuck in Kansas City. Now, the Metrodome where the Minnesota Vikings and the New York Giants were supposed to square off has collapsed.

Over 16 inches of snow has fallen in Minneapolis in the past 24 hours.  The collapse has resulted in damage to two of its triangle panels, and there are currently people working on fixing this problem.

What does this mean? It means QB Brett Favre has a really good chance of completing his streak of 300 consecutive starts. Not onlydo we want him to complete this milestone, but mother nature too.

There is no update to where or when this game will be played.

Sports Illustrated’s website says that they will be playing Monday night in Detroit. It sounds like it’s pretty much set in stone.
